Christ Episcopal Church hosts weekly Mindful Meditation sessions every Tuesday evening. No meditation experience needed. Meditation is facilitated by Wendy Sullivan, LCSW from Sullivan Breathworks. The sessions are based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Sharon Salzberg. Sessions are free and open to the public.
Christ Church is wheelchair accessible. In compliance with CDC recommendations, masks are required.
